The trip leads to one of the most beautiful valleys in the Tatras, located at the border of the Western Tatras and the High Tatras. The valley is famous for its stunning views of the rocky ridge that features the most challenging Tatra trail – Orla Perć. A perfect addition to the trip is a walk to a beautiful tarn - Czarny Staw Gąsienicowy. On Hala Gąsienicowa, at an altitude of 1500 meters above sea level, there is the PTTK “Murowaniec” shelter.
